Total Mind Spa at a glance
Having only opened in the Spring of 2022, Total Mind Spa is no stranger to experience. Our practitioner staff have decades of experience under their belts in their respective fields.
Our office is built-out with modern technology that accompanies a welcoming atmosphere to assure our patients and friends that it is a place of safety, healing, and respect.
OUR TEAM
Ira Trocki, MD
Dr. Trocki has lived in South Jersey his whole life, where he attended Oakcrest high school. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, and completed medical school at Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Trocki trained at Temple University, Thomas Jefferson University, as well as Kings County University in NY.
After all of his training, he decided to come back to the place he calls home, South Jersey. He has taken care of thousands of patients over the many years in practice. Since then, he has seen that there is an immense need in mental health and when he found out about the new TMS treatment, he knew he had to be involved in this revolutionary treatment for depression and other disorders.
Dr Trocki is double board certified and realizes through education and training, we as physicians are obligated to help our fellow men and women. Dr. Trocki has started a new program called Total Mind Spa. Total Mind Spa is dedicated to helping all patients, yet specializing in patients who have not had the best outcomes with medications. He believes in the total patient involvement, where we don’t just look at the disease, but we look at the whole patient. For these reasons, he has set up a team of psychiatrists and other doctors to help the patient obtain the best qualities of life.
Theresa A. Bell, MD
Dr. Bell earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. After graduation, she completed an internship and residency in Psychiatry at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. She served as an active duty psychiatrist in the United States Navy until 2000 when she left the Navy as a LCDR and opened a private practice in Atlantic County, NJ.
In addition to working at Total Mind Spa, Dr. Bell has a private psychiatric practice in Galloway, NJ. She has been board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 1998. She also does consulting work with a drug and alcohol IOP and has been a local speaker for multiple pharmaceutical treatments.
